Katrina Talavera has a lifelong passion for serving her community. She has a background of 7+ years in marketing and public relations. During her study abroad experience in Seville, Spain, she volunteered at a Refugee Center which inspired her to pursue a purpose-filled career. She strives to combine those interests to create effective and authentic social impact campaigns.

She has previously worked on the Corporate Social Responsibility team at WarnerMedia and is currently on the Development team at a Bay Area, nonprofit, Caminar. She earned a BA in Public Relations & Advertising from Chapman University’s, Dodge College of Film & Media Arts. She is also pursuing a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship at USC’s Marshall Business School.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, discovering new music, and volunteering at Big Brothers Big Sisters OC.
